What is your sample policy?
Most samples are free. For new molds or customized logos, customers pay the express delivery fees, which can be refunded after order confirmation.
How are samples delivered?
We ship via air through DHL, UPS, TNT, or FedEx. It usually takes approximately 3 working days.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, or Alipay. Typically 30% as a deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
