What is your OEM service procedure?
We confirm artwork with the customer, create counter samples within 2-3 days, and proceed to mass production after quality, price, and packing details are confirmed. Final shipment occurs after a thorough inspection.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes, we provide samples for testing. Samples are free (excluding customized pattern fees); you only need to cover the express shipping costs.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 500 pairs per design. We are experienced in handling small orders for startups efficiently in our sample room.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
We typically ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT, taking 3-7 working days. Bulk orders can also be shipped by sea, which takes approximately 30-55 days.
What are your payment terms for orders?
For bulk orders, a 100% deposit is required for amounts under $5,000. For orders over $5,000, we require a 30% deposit and a 70% balance before shipping.
